Virtual Chair Yoga – Mondays, Spring Session 2, 2022
Class will run from May 2nd - June 6th, Mondays (no class May 30th)
Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation.
