Virtual Chair Yoga – Thursdays, Fall Session 1, 2020 – 6 weeks




Class will run September 3rd – October 8th, Thursdays

Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation.
