Virtual Chair Yoga – Tuesdays, Spring Session 1, 2021 – 6 weeks



Class will run from March 23rd - April 27th, Tuesdays

Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation.
