Virtual Chair Yoga – Tuesdays, Winter Session 1, 2020 – 6 weeks
Class will run from December 1st - January 12th (no class December 22nd), Tuesdays
Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation.
