Balancing Workshop – Sunday, April 18th, 2021
This class will challenge our bodies by the physical espression of finding balance and our minds by conquering fears we may have about balance poses. We will start by grounding ouselves on 2 feet with some stretching and yoga flow, then we will plat with standing balance poses with a couple of arm balances thrown in. Ending our practice with some restorative inversions to leave feeling confident, grounded, and relaxed. This workshop is open to anyone with a regular yoga practice. Please bring a mat, any props you would like to use (blocks, blankets, or straps), and water.
