Functional Fitness (I am subbing this class until May 31st)
This class is designed for individuals 55 and older who are looking for a low to moderate intensity workout. This class will increase your overall cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Exercises are geared towards functional everyday activities with an emphasis on balance, fall prevention, coordination, range of movement, strength, and flexibility. This is a drop-in class (no pre-registration needed), so you will pay on the day of class at the front desk.
