Gentle Hatha Yoga – Session 2
A slower class with all the benefits of yoga. It is a perfect beginner class, but is also appropriate for anyone with an injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler yoga class. This session is 4 weeks long – Tuesdays, June 4th – June 25th. Please bring your own mat.
