Sunrise Yoga – Session 2
Start your day by awakening your mind and body with Sunrise Yoga, a mix of Hatha (holding poses) and Vinyasa (flowing breath and body together) will help to start your day off on a positive note. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat. This is a 6 week class, Thursdays, May 30th – July 11th, no class July 4th.
