Virtual Yoga For Everyone – Session 2, Thursdays, Spring 2021
A slower class with all the benefits of yoga. It is a perfect beginner class or for those who prefer a softer, gentler yoga practice. This session is 6 weeks long – Thursdays, May 6th – June 10th. You will need a smartphone, iPad or tablet, or computer with internet connection to join virtually through Zoom.
