Virtual Yoga For Everyone – Session 1, Thursdays, Fall 2021
A slower class with all the benefits of yoga. It is a perfect beginner class or for those who prefer a softer, gentler yoga practice. This session is 7 weeks long – Thursdays, September 16th – October 28th (no class September 30th). You can join me live at the Victoria Rec Center or you can Zoom class virtually. You will need a smartphone, iPad or tablet, or computer with internet connection to join virtually through Zoom.
