Virtual Yoga For Everyone – Session 2, Tuesdays, Spring 2022
A slower class with all the benefits of yoga. It is a perfect beginner class or for those who prefer a softer, gentler yoga practice. This session is 6 weeks long, 6 classes – Tuesdays, May 3rd – June 7th. You can do the class live with me at the Victoria Rec Center or you can join through Zoom. You will need a smartphone, iPad or tablet, or computer with internet connection to join virtually.
