We know yoga calms the mind, body, and spirit. We also know being around and interacting with animals does the same. When you combine the two, you Find Your Bliss! Join us for an hour long bliss out yoga session virtually. You will see the llamas wandering around us, stopping to curiously see what we are doing, maybe getting a treat as they look at you with their long lashes. I (Michelle - yoga instructor) can't wait to share this experience with you! Llamaste!
