Refund policy for Chaska Community Center, Victoria Rec Center, or District 112 Community Education
These places have their own refund policies for cancellations and refunds. Please go to their websites for more information.

You can request a refund from your “My Account” page under “Orders” menu.


Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of your scheduled class date will receive a full refund. Refunds will be distributed in the same way payment was made.
Cancellations made less than 7 days of scheduled class date will receive a 50% refund distributed in the same way the payment was made.
If class is cancelled due to weather, a full refund can be issued or we can reschedule into another class date that has openings.


The refund request process will ask you to select from a standard list of reasons. This is just to gather statistics and will not play a factor in the decision to accept or deny your request. You are required to select a reason.


The refund request process will attempt to notify you when your request has been received and is being processed. You will receive another email when a decision has been made. Refunds are made to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
