We know yoga calms the mind, body, and spirit. We also know being around and interacting with animals does the same. When you combine the two, you Find Your Bliss! Join us for an hour long bliss out yoga session with llamas wandering around us, stopping to curiously see what we are doing, maybe getting a treat as they look at you with their long lashes. These llamas are extremely gentle and you will leave with a smile on your face. After yoga, hang out more with the llamas, get all your llama questions answered by our knowledgeable 4H kids who train them, and take some pictures. Rick (the owner of the llamas), Brenda (llama manager), and I (Michelle – yoga instructor) can’t wait to share this experience with you! Llamaste!
