Class will run from March 14th - April 25th, Mondays (no class March 21st and 28th)
Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation.
