Yoga For Everyone – Session 2 – Tuesdays
A slower class with all the benefits of yoga. It is a perfect beginner class, but is also appropriate for anyone with an injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler yoga class. This session is 6 weeks long – Tuesdays, January 7th – February 11th. Please bring your own mat.
