Chair Yoga – Session 1, Tuesdays, Summer 2020
Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation. This session is 7 weeks long – Tuesdays, April 7th – May 19th. Please bring your own mat.
