Virtual Yoga For Everyone – Session 2, Thursdays, Winter 2021
A slower class with all the benefits of yoga. It is a perfect beginner class or for those who prefer a softer, gentler yoga practice. This session is 6 weeks long – Thursdays, January 21st – February 25th. You will need a smartphone, iPad or tablet, or computer with internet connection to join virtually through Zoom.
