Yoga at the Zoo – Spring 2020 – Session 1
, Have you ever held a fish pose in front of an aquarium? How about downward-facing dog in the presence of dholes? Get a jump-start on your day and start your Wednesday mornings off right with a yoga class at the Zoo! Expand your wellness practice, change-up your workout routine, or just try something different. Practice your best animal poses, stretch, and relax with a certified yoga instructor in front of one of the Zoo’s beautiful exhibits.
These classes are perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
During each of the four seasons of the year, we will offer two 6-week sessions of classes. Register for a session or a single class.
This session runs over 7 weeks, but is just 6 classes – Wednesdays, March 4th – April 15th, no class March 11th. Please bring your own mat.
