Yoga For Everyone – Session 1, Thursdays, Summer 2020
A slower class with all the benefits of yoga. It is a perfect beginner class or for those who prefer a softer, gentler yoga practice. This session is 7 weeks long – Tuesdays, April 7th – May 19th. Please bring your own mat.
