Virtual Chair Yoga – Mondays, Fall Session 1, 2021 – 5 weeks
Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation. Class runs from September 20th – October 25th (no class September 27th on Mondays.
