Virtual Chair Yoga – Tuesdays, Fall Session 1, 2020 – 6 weeks
Poses will be performed either sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. This class will increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, range of motion and help reduce stress. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses, and a final relaxation. Class runs from September 1st – October 6th on Tuesdays.
